1. Introduction

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.


2. Products and Customization

  • Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and details of our eyewear as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
  • Custom Services: Any custom engraving or personalization is final. Please ensure all text and design specifications are correct at the time of order.


3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer various shipping methods, including bulk shipping for athletic programs. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.


4. Limitation of Liability

The store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to eye injury or equipment failure during athletic activities.

Return and Refund Policy

 

1. General Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your glasses arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, do not mail the damaged item back to us. To resolve the issue quickly:

  • Contact us at shop1@ombreusa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect.
  • Once verified, we will ship a brand-new replacement to you at no additional cost.


3. Custom Engraved Products

Please note that any items featuring custom laser engraving or personalized branding are final sale. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, in which case a replacement will be sent as outlined in Section 2.


4. Shipping for Standard Returns

For non-damaged returns (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
